Massage therapy & Naturopathy in Nice

Massage becomes truely effective when is it concieved, felt
and adjusted in the present moment.

My story

Graduated with a research master’s degree in biology, I began my career as an engineer before traveling the world between Réunion Island, Australia, and Greece, where I worked as a scuba diving instructor. These life experiences deeply shaped my worldview, nurturing a profound respect for nature and revealing the richness of human connections.

As the daughter of a physician and a midwife, I grew up immersed in the world of healthcare and living systems, developing a constant curiosity for how the human body works and a genuine desire to be of service to others.

Becoming a mother marked a major turning point in my life: a deep reconnection with myself and with one of the very first professions I dreamed of as a teenager — massage therapy.

My first massage training in 2021 was a true revelation. For the past five years, I have been evolving within the field of holistic well-being — first through massage, then through naturopathy — driven by passion, commitment, and professionalism, combining scientific rigor, attentive listening, and a global approach to the body.

"Science taught me to understand the body, life taught me to listen to it."

My certifications

Driven by constant curiosity and a genuine desire to learn, I continuously train to refine my practice and deepen my understanding of the body.

Holding a research master’s degree in biology, I rely on strong scientific foundations in anatomy and physiology, ensuring a precise, coherent, and evidence-based approach.

Alongside this academic background, I have completed numerous specialized trainings in massage and bodywork with renowned instructors and leading figures in the massage field: Californian massage, Swedish massage, Abhyanga, Lomi Lomi, Kobido, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, Tibetan singing bowl sound therapy, as well as workshops with Dehlia Lapeyrie and Antoine Carlotti.

I have also completed a three-year training program as a naturopath and continue to further my education in functional naturopathy with Emma Djafer.

This ongoing learning process supports an expert, evolving, and deeply personalized approach to care.
